Cancellation Policy
At One 11 Beauty Bar, we strive to provide exceptional service to all our clients. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience
for everyone, we kindly ask for your cooperation with our no show/cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policy:
24-Hour Notice: If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a late fee of 20% of the scheduled service cost, which will be applied to your next service.
Late Arrival Policy:
Punctuality: To respect the time of our clients and staff, we kindly ask you to be on time for your appointment.
Late Arrivals: Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late will forfeit their appointment and will need to reschedule.
No-Show Policy:
Missed Appointments: If you do not show up for a scheduled appointment, you will be charged 50% of the missed service fee. This amount will be added to your next service, and a credit card will be required to book future appointments.
Cancellation by One 11 Beauty Bar:
Salon Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel an appointment. Should such a cancellation occur within 48 hours prior to your appointment time, a new appointment will be scheduled without additional fees, based on availability.
